Rental Information

Benner Memorial Hall boasts an impressive 6,000 sq feet of space.  The facility contains a Banquet Hall that can hold 30 to 300 people comfortably.  In addition, there is an on-site working kitchen available and plenty of parking.  It is the perfect place to gather and celebrate any type of event – small or large.

With an array of lighting choices and two table styles, the Banquet Hall can accomplish a variety of desired atmospheres.  The ongoing indoor improvements will further expand the possibilities!

* 300 chairs available for seating.
* 20 – 5 foot round tables
* 32 – 8 foot rectangular tables
* 30 – 6 ft rectangular tables

The stage area is a perfect place for a DJ or band to settle in for an evening of fun and dancing.

It is also the perfect spot to set up an in-house ceremony for a wedding.

What does my rental fee include?
  1. Your hall rental hours include:  Set up, your event and clean-up time.
  2. All events that are held Sunday through Thursday evenings – including clean-up must be done by 10:00 PM.      All events that are held Friday or Saturday evening – including clean-up must be done by 11:00 PM.
How does the Security Deposit work?
  1. The Security Deposit is NOT included in the rental fee.
    1. $150.00 for up to 200 guests
    2. $300.00 for 200 to 300 guests
  2. Upon passing a post event inspection, security deposits are returned (via check) following the 2nd Monday of each month.
