Rental Information

Benner Memorial Hall boasts an impressive 6,000 sq feet of space.  The facility contains a Banquet Hall that can hold 30 to 300 people comfortably.  In addition, there is an on-site working kitchen available and plenty of parking.  It is the perfect place to gather and celebrate any type of event – small or large.

With an array of lighting choices and two table styles, the Banquet Hall can accomplish a variety of desired atmospheres.  The ongoing indoor improvements will further expand the possibilities!

* 30 – 6 ft rectangular tables

The stage area is a perfect place for a DJ or band to settle in for an evening of fun and dancing.  It is also the perfect spot to set up an in-house ceremony for a wedding.

Answers to frequently asked questions:
What does my rental fee include?
  1. The daily rental fee entitles the renter to a minimum 3 hours of setup time BEFORE the start of the event.
  2. Your event will last a maximum of 5 hours, including clean-up time.  Events that are not completed within the 5 hour time limit will be charged an additional fee for each hour the Hall is not cleared after an event.  This amount will be withheld from the security deposit.
  3. Events that are held on a Friday or Saturday evening must conclude (including clean-up) by 11:00 PM.  Events that are held on a Sunday or weekday (Mon-Fri) evening must conclude (including clean-up) by 10:00 PM.
How does the Security Deposit work?
  1. The Security Deposit is NOT included in the rental fee.
  2. Upon passing a post event inspection, security deposits are returned (via check) following the 2nd Monday of each month.
