Rental Information
Benner Hall boasts an impressive 6000sq feet of space. A working kitchen and the ability to seat up to 300 people makes it an ideal facility for any large scale gathering, but the small town charm also keeps it appropriate for any smaller get together.
With an array of lighting choices and two table styles, the room can accomplish many desired atmospheres. The many indoor improvements in the works will further expand the possibilities! 
The newly constructed stage area is a perfect place for a DJ or band to settle in for an evening of fun and dancing, or to set up an in-house ceremony for a wedding.
Dance the night away under the disco ball!
The outdoor area has a pavilion with picnic benches and playground equipment- a lovely setting for a summer picnic!
Rates

Weekend Rental Fees (Friday thru Sunday): $350 for use of the hall. Add $100 for use of the full kitchen.

Weekday Special Rental Fees (Monday thru Thursday) : $200 for use of the hall. Add $100 for use of the full kitchen.

Security Deposit (refundable if all contract obligations are met by renter): $150
The rental fee entitles the renter to at least 3 hours of setup time prior to the start of the event.
Events will last a maximum of 5 hours including clean-up. Events not completed within the 5 hour time limit will be charged an additional $100.00 for each hour the Hall is not cleared after an event. This amount will be withheld from the security deposit.
